Advertising & Restaurant Review Terms & Conditions:
By submitting an advertisement, review request, or promotional feature for publication on Veritas Press (“the Platform”), the advertiser or restaurant representative (“You” or “Advertiser”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Acceptance of Submissions:
- All advertisements, review requests, and promotional submissions are subject to approval by Veritas Press in its sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to reject, withdraw, or refuse any submission deemed offensive, misleading, illegal, or inconsistent with our editorial standards or policies.
Fees and Payment:
- Fees are required for all advertisements and reviews. Costs depend on the type, duration, and scope of the feature.
- Full payment must be received prior to publication. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Advertiser and Restaurant Representations:
- All submitted content must be accurate, truthful, and compliant with applicable laws.
- You must hold all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to publish images, text, and other materials.
- Content must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or publicity rights.
Editorial Control and Content Responsibility:
- Reviews reflect the editorial opinion of Veritas Press and may include assessments of food, service, ambiance, and overall dining experience.
- Veritas Press maintains full editorial control; content cannot be guaranteed or edited by the advertiser or restaurant.
- Advertisers and restaurant representatives assume full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
Placement, Promotion, and Duration:
- Advertisements and reviews may appear on Veritas Press’s website and across all social media platforms.
- Placement, duration, and format are determined at booking and are non-transferable.
- Changes to scheduling or content must be approved in writing.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made in writing. Fees already paid may be forfeited if cancellation occurs after production has begun.
Liability:
- Veritas Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the publication, promotion, or content of advertisements or reviews.
Termination:
- Veritas Press reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or remove any advertisement, review, or promotional feature without notice if it violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
